 THE DESIGN PROCESS


How long does the design process take from start to finish?

I LOVE happy clients, and therefore make great effort to decrease turnaround time. Although length of the design process varies per client, I do my very best to have a proof of your order to you within seven to ten days, depending on my current order queue. If the timeline varies due to high order volume, you will be notified via email as quickly as possible.

Will I get a preview of my completed design before I place any print order?

Yes! You will be asked to send approval on your final artwork before your order is placed, ensuring all information entered is accurate. An order will be placed only when final approval has been received from the client.

PAPER & ENVELOPES


What type of paper do you recommend for printed invitations?

I recommend and use invitation quality card stock in 125lb. matte weight for most items. Business cards are most often printed on a 14pt semi-gloss stock to give them a rich, high quality feel. There are numerous options, so if you're curious about any paper type or color, just ask and I will be happy to help you!

What are my envelope color choices?

All invitation pricing quotes include high quality envelopes in your selection of white or cream. Numerous additional color choices are available, with most samples complimentary.

SHIPPING INFORMATION


Once I have approved my design, how long does it take to receive my product?

Once final approval to place your order has been received, it will be processed within one business day. Your products will be printed, shipped and on your doorstep within five to seven business days in most cases. Please allow extra time for orders placed around the holiday season.

What if I need my items rushed to me?

I live (very) rural, y'all, so overnight is not an option. However, two-day expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. All ordes are shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking, so most items arrive to their homes in the contiguous U.S. within that time frame without the extra fee!

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time, Trusner Designs accepts PayPal using the email trusnerdesigns@gmail.com as well as cash or check. You can also order any time on Etsy via a custom listing. If you wish to pay via cash or check, please email trusnerdesigns@gmail.com for full mailing address.
